Today is the last day of February and we are leaving the deep (yet melting) snow of Utah for warmer lands. We will be returning to Cuba from March 6 until April 15 to continue our professional research in the area of sustainable development and organic farming. We look forward to reporting on our travels to the Oriente, Cuba's eastern lands of Santiago de Cuba, Guantanamo, Baracoa and beyond.
